Working Fields is a staffing agency born from our founder’s personal experience in business, incarceration, and recovery. Our unique peer support model and mission-driven approach benefit employers and jobseekers alike. We work with any motivated jobseeker to fill entry-level and skilled positions for employers across southern New Hampshire. The people we place are reliable, talented, and tenacious. We get to know each individual, identify the right job, and offer ongoing support via strong account management and peer coaching. We also work closely with community organizations to provide necessary resources or referrals. Together with our partners, we provide anyone the opportunity for employment.
