Founded in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Mike Machanic launched White Mountain Strategies after spending the better part of two decades working as a traditional agency recruiter. He knew there was a better way. Mike has spent his career working with companies in the Outdoor, Action Sports, Active, Natural Products and Lifestyle industries. Companies that make products or sell ideas around passion and purpose. Our intention is to be a Partner that reflects and magnifies the passion and purpose of our clients. We have experience working with publicly held, privately owned, nonprofit and private equity backed organizations of all sizes. We can create programs for a company just engaging in their first round of external hiring or a multinational looking to increase revenue and lower costs.
