We are based in Auburn, NH and we provide comprehensive health and wellness programming for businesses and organizations of any size in any location with an internet connection. Individually, Karen has over 20 years experience coaching professional men and women on their deep health, which includes fitness, nutrition, stress management, and better sleep. All with an underlying layer of FUN so that their results are enjoyable and sustainable for life. We are disrupting the corporate wellness industry, respectfully, by lowering the barriers of entry to a healthier lifestyle. We meet people where they’re at (work) which allows them and their employers to be successful without sacrificing their health and wellbeing along the way.
