Bellwether Community Credit Union's mission is to have our members consider us each time they have a financial need. We pledge to deliver outstanding value by conveniently providing a full range of competitive financial services in an environment of extraordinary service. It all started with a small group of Bell Telephone System employees who, acting independently of their employer, created the Credit Union solely for the ""promotion of thrift"" among its members. This was accomplished by accumulation of member savings and the subsequent loaning of those funds at modest interest rates to other members. We’ve been in business a long time, adapting and changing to meet our members’ needs. We’ve been a financial institution you can trust—one you can turn to when you need help- one you know will answer your questions and make the complexities of finance easier to understand. We’ve worked alongside you as part of your community, giving back to the community because it’s the right thing to do, and because we’re all a part of what makes our communities a great place to live and do business.
