Erin Allgood helps organizations and individuals who give a damn create real impact. As the founder of Allgood Strategies, Erin helps socially-conscious organizations with strategic planning, organizational development, leadership coaching, and facilitated workshops and retreats. Her work focuses on catalyzing social change at the systems, organizational, and individual levels and she brings an explicit anti-racist and intersectional lens to her consulting practice. Erin is also the host of Rise and Rouse: Conversations for Those Who Give a Damn, a podcast that explores what it means to give a damn and keep showing up to do hard work in the face of never-ending challenges and can be found wherever you listen to podcasts.
