Sourcing Strength: A Guided Journey to Centering
Join us for a bi-weekly,15-minute mindfulness and movement practice designed to help you recharge and refocus. This session is part of our Bear in Mind Mental Wellness in the Workplace series, offering a brief, calming respite from the workday.
