Learning Objectives:

  • Focus on your why. What is your purpose? What values guide and influence your life and work? 
  • Understand what are your sources of energy? What factors are energy draining?

                 Catabolic sources – energy draining

                  Anabolic sources – energy boosting/energy that builds more energy

  • Cultivating your inner coach, minimize your inner critic
  • Understanding your inner narrative – how the stories we tell ourselves shape our perceptions of stress and empower yourself to rewrite your narrative
  • Recharge and renew in the out of doors, take advantage of the natural setting of the Browne Center trails 
  • Refilling your “cup” – exploring fun vs. fulfillment 
  • Learn and practice grounding/centering techniques
  • Explore ways you can set healthy boundaries to protect your time and energy
  • Self-care practices; proactively taking care of your ANS

Non-members: $300

Included in your registration: 

  • Full day workshop with lunch and snacks
  • Four follow up Zoom-led training sessions, live and recorded to be shared with all attendees. Dates: May 9, 16, 23, 30 at 7:00pm
  • Topics of Zoom sessions to include:

    Establishing healthy boundaries to protect your time and your energy
    Wrap up- review any topic from the workshop or mini sessions
