NHBSR Welcomes Two New Board Members from Pax World Investments & Cirtronics

New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility (NHBSR) is pleased to welcome Chris Rooney of Pax World Investments and Jessica Kinsey of Cirtronics, to the organization’s board of directors.

Chris Rooney is Vice President, Business Development at Pax World Investments.  Pax World is a leader in the field of Sustainable Investing, which incorporates environmental, social, and governance factors into decision making and financial analysis.  Chris joined Pax World in 2013 and has over 7 years of experience in financial services.  In his role at Pax World, he is responsible for helping financial intermediaries implement sustainability factors into their businesses.   He educates financial professionals on the importance of incorporating ESG factors into investment analysis.  Chris earned his B.S. from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. 

Chris shares, “I am very excited to join NHBSR because of everything the organization represents and the impact they are having on the state of New Hampshire.  In today’s world, it is becoming increasingly important for our values to be aligned with the businesses we support and NHBSR is a fantastic platform to help promote this evolution.  I’m thrilled to be part of such a great organization and hope to help influence more companies to realize the importance of social responsibility.”

Jessica Kinsey is the Career Development Manager at Cirtronics Corp., a contract manufacturing company in Milford, NH. She leads the Cirtronics’ Learning Center which is dedicated to professional and organizational growth and cultural sustainability. With over 15 years of experience, Jessica has served in a variety of leadership roles for non-profit and higher education organizations before joining the Cirtronics family.  Born and raised in Mason City, IA, Jessica graduated from the College of St. Benedict/St. John’s University in St. Joseph, MN with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater.   

Jessica shares why she is excited to join the NHBSR board. “I have been so inspired by NHBSR, its mission, and the people whom I have met through the organization.  To dedicate efforts to behaving well as an organization, treating people and the environment right and being good corporate citizens is inspiring. Luckily, I work at an organization which lives these values and am honored and thrilled to be a new member of the Board.”
