Wildcats Willing: A UNH Food Re-Purposing Initiative

Wildcats Willing is an initiative designed with University of New Hampshire Dining to repurpose edible and unused food. Currently food unused from UNH Dining is composted, but with Wildcats Willing this food will safely get donated to local a non-profit organization that expands food access to those who are food insecure. This model is estimated to provide “400 meals a day” to those in need.
