Greg Norman

Greg Norman, M.S., serves as Director of Community Health, and is part of the Population Health Department at Dartmouth-Hitchcock.  In that role he and his team help facilitate health system community partnerships and bring health system people, expertise, and resources to bear to address health needs identified in regional Community Health Needs Assessments.  He serves as the facilitator of Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s Anchor Leadership Team.
