Betty Woodman works with businesses to build thriving workplace cultures and break free of common power dynamics or cultural patterns that block progress. Betty previously taught business ethics at Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at UNH, taught at the University of Maine and Emory University, and before that worked in engineering, marketing/sales, and executive management in the computer and tech industries. Betty holds a doctorate in Applied Ethics from Emory University, degrees in engineering and philosophy, and certificates in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality and Sustainability Leadership. Betty is the owner of Betty J. Woodman Consulting, LLC (BWC).
