Hannaford would like to familiarize NHBSR’s membership with their LEED Platinum supermarket and the process involved. The store is a state-of-the-art retail facility, including many energy efficiencies, reduced waste practices, green cleaning protocol and dramatically improved shopping and working environment. This store serves as a learning laboratory for energy and environmental initiatives. They will present what they have learned from the building and also present information on their ongoing commitment to energy efficiency and LEED certification There will be ample time for networking as well.
